Clinical supervision for qualifying unlicensed clinicians
The ideal candidate has an interest in working with individuals (adults and children), couples, and families, and is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. This would be a great role for a pre-licensed clinician looking for experience in private practice with a range of client types without the need to commit to a full-time caseload, or for a licensed clinician who is looking for a flexible and supportive part-time position.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child psychotherapy using evidence-based, client-centered approaches.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in supervision or consultation as needed.
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
Licensed in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent), or license-eligible and working toward independent licensure.
Interest or experience in working with children, couples, and families.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable providing services through a secure telehealth platform.
Supervision
Clinical supervision will be provided for unlicensed candidates who are working toward independent licensure, making this an excellent opportunity for pre-licensed clinicians seeking a supportive practice environment. Supervision will be provided at no charge for clinicians seeing at least 8 clients per week.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief statement of interest (1-2 paragraphs) to erik@grayareatherapy.com.
